WET AND SLUSHY!
Snow really took a hit today. These warm days are making for some very wet and slushy conditions with overall poor conditions. About half the snow disappeared today with a very dense fog now, rain and high winds in the forecast. We are watching closely so we can get out and flatten what’s left as temperatures drop for a good hard base. Right now its looking like Thursday night.
In the mean time we have been doing some work around the shop. SAFETY FIRST! As seen in the picture we added Rebar Impaling Protectors to spring tensioners on our Groomers. Too many times we have seen inexperienced riders tip into the groomers while passing by. Inexpensive protection added for that and potential injury when our crew is cleaning out snow after a long run. A very good $40 safety investment.
Stay Tuned – We will report again as soon as machines start running. For now do your cold weather snow dances!

Past 24 hour Grooming Operations: On Hold

Forecast: High Wind Warning, Dense Fog, 39º F , Winds S 25 mph with 50 mph Gusts, 1/4 inch rain
Currently: Dense Fog, 44º F, Winds S 8 mph
