GOOD TRAILS HIGH TRAFFIC
Overall trail conditions are very good. Grooming operations were getting good results again last night. High traffic weekend so expect conditions to deteriorate after grooming.
Ride with caution on the Au Train River Bridge (see below warning). Please ride responsible making sure everyone arrives at your next destination.

Past 24 hour Grooming Operations:
Trail 7 from Christmas to CR440, Trail 8 from 7 miles north of Shingleton west to Trail 417, and Wetmore Spur
Saturday’s Forecast: Snow, 2 to 4 inches, High 29ºF, Winds SE 10 to 15 mph with 25 mph gusts
Currently: Cloudy, 24ºF, Winds S 10 mph with 20 mph gusts

TRAIL 418 AU TRAIN RIVER BRIDGE
- SLOW DOWN and cross the Au Train River bridge with caution. The bridge is very icy and we had railing damage sustained from a groomer sliding against it. Caution tape is applied to the damaged areas with the repair process in progress.

Light new snow, flat with a hard base, groomed Friday, scheduled for grooming Friday night.
Ride with caution by the Doty Bridge, a large hole has developed on the west side. We keep filling it with snow but until we have colder temps it will continue to return.
8 West - Chatham
Very Good
Light new snow, flat with a hard base, groomed Friday, scheduled for grooming Friday night.
7 South - CR440
Very Good
Light new snow, flat with a hard base, scheduled for grooming Friday night.
7 North - Christmas

419 East - Wetmore
Good
Light new snow, flat with a hard base, dirty snow between Munising and Wetmore and can get rough quickly in this area, scheduled for grooming Friday night.
419 West - Munising

Light new snow, flat with a hard base, scheduled for grooming Friday night.
418 - Au Train
Good
Light new snow, good base, thin and sugary just east and west of Au Train, groomed Wednesday night. Scheduled for grooming Friday night to Au Train from the west. Getting rough until we can get a groomer over the Au Train River. See bridge warning below:
