TRAIL CONDITIONS HOLDING!
A few inches of new snow yesterday helping hold the overall Good groomed trail conditions. As long as daily light new snowfall continues to freshen up the trails, we should be able to maintain a decent groom and not wear out the snow. Trail 419 is cut and froze in but we need more snow so regular grooming can start. Trail 417 had a groom attempted but much more snow is still needed before we try again, very rocky. Trail 422 has vehicles still driving on Miners Castle Road. More snow is still needed to fill in underlying trail defects in a few areas so keep an eye out for that surprise hole in the trail. If out riding please avoid hard throttle starts and digging holes so we can continue to build a clean flat base that will hold. Continue the snow dances and Stay Tuned for updates!
Past 24 hour Grooming Operations: Trail 8 from 7 miles North of Shingleton West to Trail 7 North, Trail 7 North, Trail 7 South to Doe Lake Road and Trail 419 into Wetmore. (reference map below for trail locations)
Today’s Forecast: Scattered Snow Showers, 23º F, Winds NW 10 to 15 mph with Gusts to 20 mph
Currently: Cloudy, 21º F, Winds N 16 mph with Gusts to 24 mph
