WARM WEATHER – SOFT TRAILS – MACHINE DOWN
Overall trail conditions are good. It was a warm day with light rain at times so trails became really soft and grooming was put on hold for Sunday. The base is still hard and flat so very minimal chop developing through the day. Right now we have a major break down with the Pisten Bully so the Deere will be working overtime for awhile to help cover. First issue is getting a machine to cover for it and then how we get it out of the woods. We will continue to groom and do our best to at least keep the chop to a minimum. Keep the cold weather snow dancing going, Enjoy the Trails and Ride Safe!
Past 24 hour Grooming Operations:
Trail 7 from Christmas to Buckhorn Road, Trail 8 from 7 miles North of Shingleton west to Trail 417, Trail 417 (partial), Trail 418, Trail 419
Forecast: Cloudy, High 33ºF, Winds W 10 to 15 mph with 20 mph gusts
Currently: Wet snow/drizzle, 33ºF, Winds N 16 mph with 26 mph gusts

MACHINE DOWN
- We have a machine down on Trail 417 near the overlook approx 1.5 miles south of Trail 418 Brownstone Junction. The Pisten Bully and Groomer are on the side of the trail with cones. Ride with caution in this area with single lane passing of the machine. This is a major break-down so it may be sitting there for a few days. (See gallery for map with location)

7 South - CR440
Good
No new snow, soft but flat with a good base, groomed to CR440 Friday and Buckhorn Road Sunday night. Soft snow with minimal chop between grooming runs.
7 North - Christmas
Good
No new snow, soft but flat with a good base, groomed Sunday night. Soft snow with minimal chop between grooming runs.
419 East - Wetmore
